Guitarist Ottmar Liebert is raffling off the guitar he used to
record his double platinum selling debut album Nouveau Flamenco in
1989. The guitar, made in Spain by Burguet is a classical model with
a spruce top and will be accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity
(and some photos if we can
find any...)
Raffle tickets cost $10 each and 100% of your donation goes to your
choice of: The International Red Cross, or Amnesty
International

Made by Hand in Valencia, Spain in 1986
I bought this Burguet guitar in Europe in the Fall of 1986.
The tap plates were added a couple of years later. In 1988
I wrote most of the music for Nouveau Flamenco on this guitar.
I also used this guitar to record Heart Still/Beating, Barcelona
Nights, Surrender 2 Love and other pieces during the first
couple of months of 1989. However, the photo on the cover
of Nouveau Flamenco depicts a guitar made by Señor
Pimentel, not this Burguet.

Each raffle ticket requires a $10 donation (US Dollars) Your
payment will be forwarded directly to your choice of charitable
organizations, either Amnesty International or
the International Red Cross. |

If you win, we will pay to insure and ship the
guitar anywhere in the continental USA. If you win and you want
the guitar shipped somewhere else (like Australia) you will be
asked to pay for the extra insurance and shipping costs. |

We will draw a winner at random on November 15, 2003. We will
announce the winner no later than December 1, 2003. |

The descriptions of the item appearing in advertising prior to this raffle

concerning the item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed
or implied.
2. Disputes: The law firm of McClaugherty & Silver, P.C., shall designate
the winner of the raffle. The law firm’s designation of a winner
shall be final. |
